چکیده
پارک‌های علم و فناوری در توسعه علمی کشور نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کنند. محیط کالبدی این پارک‌ها در دو حوزه معماری و شهرسازی می‌بایست با هدف بهبود کارایی کارکنان طراحی شود. با نگاه به این موضوع، هدف این مقاله تحلیل رابطه عوامل شهری (ساختار فضایی و کیفیت فضای باز) و عوامل کالبدی معماری، در پارک‌های علم و فناوری بر بهره‌وری کارکنان است. این پژوهش از بعد هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی است. محدوده مطالعه شامل «پارک علم و فناوری البرز» و «پارک علم و فناوری ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات» است. گردآوری داده‌ها با پرسشنامه صورت گرفت و نمونه آماری شامل ۲۲۶ نفر از کارکنان شرکت‌های فعال در این دو پارک بود. متغیرهای محیطی معماری بر اساس مدل ویشر (2007) در سه گروه «فیزیکی»، «عملکردی» و «روانی» تقسیم شد. این متغیرها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس (ANOVA) رتبه‌بندی شدند. برای شناخت ساختار فضایی از روش چیدمان فضا در محیط نرم‌افزار UCL.Depthmap.10 استفاده شد. سنجش کیفیت محیط شهری نیز از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخت صورت گرفت. در تحلیل استنباطی، از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی (CFA) و تحلیل مسیر به روش «حداقل مربعات جزئی»، بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد اکثر عوامل مدل ویشر از نظر کارکنان تأثیر بیشتری نسبت به عوامل شهری بر بهره‌وری دارند. ولی این متغیرهای معماری بیانکنندۀ تمام تأثیرات نیست، به صورتی که میزان تأثیر ساختار فضایی بر بهره‌وری کارکنان کمتر از «عواملِ کالبدی»، اما بیشتر از «عواملِ عملکردی» است. همچنین در زیر متغیرهای ساختار فضایی، تأثیر متغیرهای «همپیوندی»، «عمق» و «اتصال» بر بهره‌وری برابر نبود.
