چکیده
امروزه مبلمان شهری به عنوان یکی از اجزای ضروری و جداییناپذیر شهرها، نقش بسزایی در ارتقای کیفیت محیط شهری و رضایت شهروندان ایفا میکند. این پژوهش با هدف سنجش میزان رضایت شهروندان از کیفیت مبلمان شهری و ارائه الگوهایی برای برنامهریزیهای آتی در دهکده گردشگری امام علی شهر بوشهر انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را شهروندان و مراجعان به دهکده گردشگری امام علی تشکیل دادند که از بین آنان ۲۴۴ نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته بود که شاخصهای پژوهش را در چهار بعد کالبدی، کیفیات بصری، هویت و محیط مورد سنجش قرار میداد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS ویرایش ۱۹ و با بکارگیری آزمونهای آماری T تکنمونهای و مقایسه میانگینها تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها نشان داد که میانگین کل رضایت از مبلمان شهری 7/2 (در سطحی پایینتر از حد مطلوب) است. در بین ابعاد چهارگانه، شاخص کالبدی با میانگین 90/2 از وضعیت بهتری برخوردار بود، در حالی که شاخص محیط با میانگین 38/2 در پایینترین سطح رضایت قرار داشت. نتایج آزمون T تکنمونهای نیز تأثیر معنادار و مهمتر شاخص کالبدی را بر رضایت شهروندان در مقایسه با سایر شاخصها تأیید کرد. در نتیجه، برنامهریزی برای ارتقای کیفیت مبلمان شهری در این منطقه، باید بر بهبود شاخصهای محیطی و سپس تقویت هویت و کیفیات بصری متمرکز گردد.
