چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تحلیل مکان‌های بهینه برای مراکز فرهنگی_ مذهبی شهری و طراحی شبکه هندسی معابر شهری به‌منظور تعیین نزدیک‌ترین مرکز فرهنگی_ مذهبی و بهترین مسیر دستیابی به آن در منطقه یک شهر کرمان است. برای تحلیل و توزیع مکانی کاربری فرهنگی_مذهبی، از ماتریس‌های ارزیابی کیفی چهارگانه مطلوبیت، سازگاری، ظرفیت و وابستگی استفاده شد. این ماتریس‌ها با توجه به ماهیت مکانی معیارهای آن‌ها، از طریق روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی معکوس رتبه‌بندی شدند و سپس در محیط سیستم‌های اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) مدل‌سازی شد. پس از تعریف پایگاه داده زمین مرجع برای مسیرهای شهری و طراحی شبکه هندسی معابر، محدودیت‌هایی مانند طول مسیر و وجود چراغ‌راهنما برای هر مسیر در نظر گرفته شد. سپس با استفاده از تحلیل‌های شبکه، بهترین مسیردستیابی به نزدیک‌ترین مرکز فرهنگی-مذهبی از هر نقطه شهری تعیین گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از روش‌های ماتریس‌های ارزیابی کیفی چهارگانه و تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی معکوس برای تحلیل مکانی کاربری فرهنگی-مذهبی و طراحی شبکه دسترسی، کارایی بیشتری نسبت به مطالعات پیشین دارد. این پژوهش به‌عنوان راهنمایی جامع و علمی برای مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان، پهنه‌های مستعد احداث مراکز فرهنگی- مذهبی در منطقه یک شهر کرمان را معرفی می‌کند و زمینه‌ساز تصمیم‌گیری‌های سازنده و اجرای سیاست‌های توسعه‌ای خواهد بود.
