چکیده
شهرها با سرعت بیسابقهای در حال رشد هستند. این موضوع چالشهای بزرگی را برای مدیران و سیاستگذران ملی و محلی از لحاظ کیفیت محیط زندگی شهری ایجاد میکند. این چالشها به ویژه برای سیاست گذاران و برنامهریزان شهری بسیار اهمیت دارد. این تحقیق با طرح این سوال که کیفیت محیط زندگی شهری در مناطق کلانشهر مشهد چه وضعیتی دارد با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی در ترکیب با روش پیمایش میدانی و نظرسنجی از خبرگان، مؤلفههای کلیدی کیفیت زندگی شهری در مناطق )سه منطقه منتخب و سه محله در هر منطقه( را اولویتبندی کرده است. در نهایت، با پیمایشی بر روی شهروندان مشهدی، کیفیت زندگی شهری سنجش شده است. شاخصهای کیفیت محیط شهری مناطق و محلههای متخب شهر مشهد در شش حوزه کالبدی، اقتصادی، حملونقل، اجتماعی، نهادی و زیست محیطی )بر اساس مدل مفهومی تحقیق( نشان میدهد که مناطق و محلههای مختلف کلانشهر مشهد وضعیت یکسان ندارند .این نابرابریها در دسترسی به خدمات اساسی مانند مسکن، آموزش، مراقبتهای بهداشتی، حمل و نقل و فرصتهای شغلی خود را نشان میدهد و کیفیت زندگی ساکنان، به ویژه در مناطق کمبرخوردار )منطقه 5( به طور قابل توجهی تحت تاثیر قرار میگیرد. منطقه 1 به طور کلی، کیفیت محیط زیست مطلوبتری را نسبت به دو منطقه دیگر) 5 و 11( نشان میدهد. این وضعیت در محلههای منتخب در هر منطقه هم قابل مشاهده است.
