چکیده

تعارض امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر میان دست‌اندرکاران در مقصدهای گردشگری است. به همین سبب نیز مدیریت تعارض موردتوجه محققین رشته گردشگری قرارگرفته است؛ بنابراین نیاز است با بازنمایی نقشه کلی مطالعات صورت گرفته در این حوزه و شناسایی نقاطی که نیازمند تلاش هستند پرداخته شود. بر این اساس هدف این مقاله شناسایی و تبیین رویکردها و شکاف‌های مطالعاتی در حوزه مدیریت تعارض در مقصدهای گردشگری خاص همچون مناطق حفاظت‌شده است. این پژوهش از حیث هدف بنیادی، ازنظر رویکرد، استقرایی و در قالب پژوهش کیفی و روش مرور دامنه‌ای و سیستماتیک است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل مقالات، کتب و رساله‌های منتشرشده در پایگاه‌های داده معتبر خارجی و داخلی در دوره زمانی 2000 تا 2024 است که پس از سه مرحله غربالگری 78 مطالعه با استفاده روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. تحلیل داده ها بر اساس رویکردهای مبتنی بر تکرار منابع ثانویه است. یافته‌های پژوهش در سه  بخش دلایل بروز تعارض، ویژگی‌های تعارض، چگونگی مدیریت تعارض دسته‌بندی‌شده‌اند. با ترکیب مفاهیم استخراج شده مدل مفهومی ارائه شد که در آن مصالحه، سرمایه اجتماعی، کنش جمعی، خودسازماندهی و اقدام مشارکتی از جمله مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌ها جهت مدیریت تعارض در مقصدهای گردشگری هستند. چارچوب مفهومی استخراج شده می‌تواند مبنایی برای پژوهش‌های آتی در این حوزه مطالعاتی باشد.
