Conflict is inevitable among stakeholders in tourism destinations. For this reason, conflict management has been the focus of tourism researchers; therefore, it is necessary to present an overview of studies conducted in this field and identify areas that require effort. Accordingly, the aim of this article is to identify and explain approaches and study gaps in the field of conflict management in specific tourism destinations such as protected areas. This research is inductive in terms of its fundamental objective in terms of approach and in the form of qualitative research and a systematic and comprehensive review method. The statistical population of this research includes articles, books, and dissertations published in reputable foreign and domestic databases between 2000 and 2024, from which 78 studies were selected after three stages of screening using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis is based on approaches based on the replication of secondary sources. The research findings are categorized into three sections: causes of conflict, characteristics of conflict, and how to manage conflict. By combining the extracted concepts, a conceptual model was presented in which compromise, social capital, compromise and consensus, creating social organizations, communicative action are among the most important components for managing conflict in tourism destinations. The extracted conceptual framework can be a basis for future research in this field of study.

Suitable housing in villages is one of the key factors in sustainable development and improving the quality of life of villagers. In this regard, the present study tried to conduct an assessment of the current status of housing in rural areas on the outskirts of Zayandeh-Rood, Falavarjan County, in addition to extracting sustainable housing indicators based on the lived experience of villagers. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. Data were collected in the first stage of the study through semi-structured interviews with 30 rural households and in the second stage through a survey with 373 rural households. Based on the findings, the study concluded that normative meta-narratives arising from the general mentality based on the logic of analogy (such as the conceptual model of sustainable housing) do not have explanatory power for all spaces, considering regional-local requirements, especially the perception of the local community. The psychological-environmental dimension is an aspect of sustainable housing that has been neglected in meta-narratives, but was emphasized by the local community. Also, in this research, based on an expanded conceptual model, it was determined that housing development in the studied geographical area is not integrated, coordinated, and sustainable..

In Iran, the project to improve the valuable rural fabric has been prepared and implemented sice 1379 by the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation, spending a lot of money. Although this plan has created changes in the valuable tissues of the village, but like all other plans, it faces challenges that prevent the effective realization of its goals. Base on this, the present study identifies the challenges of the improvement plan of valuable rural tissues. The research method is developmental in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of its nature and research method.Due to the fact that valuable tissue improvement project in Khorasan Razavi province has been implemented only in six villages of Kahak, Jazin, Riyab, Azghad, kang and Dizbad, the present study has focused on these villages in the province. In this study, 168 pepole from local residents and 17 pepole from rural experts participated in the completion of the research tool, divided into two stages, preparation and implementation of the plan. Data analysis was done with the help of exploratory factor analysis in Spss software. The results showed that the most important challenges in the implementation of the valuable rural fabric improvement plan include 8 main challenges with 64 percent variance. Also, the most important challenges of plan preparation include 5 main challenges with 57.1 percent variance

Social interactions are an important indicator for measuring the quality of life, health, well-being and happiness of citizens and their social satisfaction also leads to life satisfaction. It is now believed that the rate of social interaction in cities has decreased in recent years, and this issue has negatively affected the physical and mental health of citizens,so it forces urban planners and designers to provide solutions. On the other hand, these are the physical structure of cities, which acts as a platform for social activities and is directly related to the social life of citizens. Recent researches has also shown the undeniable role of neighborhoods in the social interactions of their residents. In the present study, the two main criteria of the physical structure of urban neighborhoods and social interactions are evaluated by indicators. The physical structure of neighborhoods is examined by density, land use mix, access to main services and access to public transport stations by GIS pro software. In order to assess the level of social interactions among residents, questionnaires were collected from them and analyzed by SPSS software, and finally the relationship between these two criteria and their impact on each other are examined. The results of these analyzes and a study of the indicators show a positive correlation between social interactions with the indicators of density and access to public transportation and do not have a significant correlation with other indicators of physical structure.
