Recognition and analysis of rural manager's supervision over construction in suburban villages is so important that planners currently use it to assess the extent of physical development in such areas. Developing regulations and supervising the various executive stages of rural construction is the most important stage in rural management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of supervision of rural managers (Dehyari) on improving the physical development of villages. Regression and correlation statistical tests were used to analyze the data and intelligent structural model was used to identify the effect of independent variables. The statistical population includes households living in rural villages of Tus district and the required sample size was 203 households which were determined using Cochran's statistical formula. Due to the large number of villages and the inability of researchers to study all of them, 12 villages out of 66 were selected based on the N0 formula. Variables such as; recognizing the characteristics and environmental conditions of the village, the obligation to obtain permits for construction, improvement of energy transmission lines, development of civil infrastructure, observance of public rights, observance of environmental principles, observance of safety principles, preservation of village values and observance of residential standards were considered as independent variables. The results showed that these independent variables with a coefficient of 0.35 have an effect on the dependent variable of physical development of the villages. However, the effect of the independent variable of guiding and warning signs during construction was not confirmed due to the low value of the obtained t-statistic, which is less than 1.96.

Iran’s rural sector faces many problems in terms of ecological, physical, economic and social dimensions. These problems lead to the situation in which villages become places for high-income urban groups, physical unrest, land use change, and a lack of attention to the process of developing policies and programs against their products and outcomes. As a result, the future of physical development in rural areas faces a serious challenge. The aim of the present study was to analyze the current situation in the framework of developing a spatial policy for the sustainable physical development of rural areas of the country. In this regard, both the content of rural development policies and the process of formulating these policies and the role of effective factors in it have been examined. The method of obtaining cognition in this research is qualitative, which is divided into two methods: 1- method of analysis of directional qualitative content; and 2 - Grand Theory. The results show that the existing spatial policy development framework for sustainable physical development of rural areas in Iran consists of policy factors, policy processes and policy content. Important factors such as the lack of general policies of the political system in rural development, centralism and the marginal position of rural society at the national level affect the framework of spatial policy development. Also, current policy processes, following the factors, have several challenges that include sectoral and centralized policies, as well as the lack of coherence and coordination of agencies in the development of programs. Therefore, solving these challenges requires reforming processes and institutions instead of expanding administrative organization, integrating agricultural and rural development policies, and ultimately creating and strengthening clusters, systems, and networks. Analysis of the qualitative content of the documents showed that the factors of planning, budgeting and formulation of national sustainable development strategy, the need for coordination of sectors and communication of different national and local levels as well as economic dimension, infrastructure-physical dimension have the greatest role and influence in developing spatial development policy of rural areas.

Stabilizing some services such as parks and green spaces in small towns like Bandar Abbas requires an efficient strategic planning. The purpose of this study was presenting a physical strategy for development of parks and green spaces in Bandar Abbas using Meta-SWOT strategic model. Such a model is applied in urban and regional research for the first time by the present study. Adopting a descriptive-analytical base, a combination of documentary and field methods were applied for data collection and analysis. The Meta-SWOT analytical technique has been used to formulate a strategy for developing and describing goals, resources and capabilities and macro-environmental factors. Based on results, drought is considered as the biggest environmental obstacle for development and management of parks and green spaces. Among the effective factors for managing and physical development of parks and green spaces in Bandar Abbas, the highest strategic suitability relates to some factors including: people's participation and cooperation, the existence of appropriate infrastructure, the presence of expert human resources and at the top of all proximity to the Persian Gulf. Therefore, the particular attention should be paid to the mentioned factors. Also, the existence of a library and attracting centers such as flower garden as well as experienced people like professors who can train and teach required specialized and technical people should be at the top of the executive to solve human resource constraints.

In the past, squares were one of the most people-oriented urban places in Iranian cities. But in recent decades they have been in utter disarray. Nowadays, the social concept of the square is gone and its traffic role has become more important. Azadi square in Sanandaj is no exception. The main purpose of the present study is to achieve the creative process of physical development in urban squares and its use in case study place-making. A theoretical framework was adopted based on documentary review which showed compatibility of square nature with place-making approach in terms of "urban architecture, hard and soft landscape, motives and incentives, activity, and environment". The applied method of the present study is an analytical-participatory, by which the following techniques are used to assess the components of place-making: observation, survey, GIS, node and mane, Envy-Met. It will also integrate the analytic hierarchical process (AHP) with the SWOT table, and use it in the QSPM matrix to prioritize SWOT factors and place-making components. While presenting strategies, policies and physical development of the case study and the creative process of physical development of the urban squares, it is identified that the importance of landscape, incentives, activity, and architectural components of the building have, respectively, the greatest impacts on the place-making of urban squares.

In the present study the runoff resulted from snowmelt is simulated using the SRM model in Taleghan basin. Snow, as one of the main causes of water storage plays an important role in removal of the challenges in water resources management, especially in mountainous areas. The water resulted from snow melting plays an important role in the development of surface runoff and ground water recharge. Snow coverage represents the amount of water stored in mountain basins. Here, snow is considered as an equivalent for water and has a great effect on the hydrological simulation in Taleghan watershed. According to the studies carried out in this area, due to the natural and climatic characteristics of the region, there exist relatively favorable conditions for the development of horticulture, agriculture and urban expansion. The present study has simulated the daily yield model with the square of the correlation coefficient of 45%. The results indicated that the SRM Simulation Model is a suitable tool for estimating the amount of runoff resulted from snow melting with a high degree of accuracy. The applied model is a sufficient one to estimate and predict the flow of snowmelt and efficient management of water resources. The model is also very important in physical development and enhancement of the environmental conditions.

Infill development is a complex and multifaceted category. The importance of this development policy lies in sustaining the city and protecting its perepherial environment. This paper attempts to identify the areas of infill development, using a descriptive-analytical method and documentary data, and to identify the programs and priorities of the physical development scenario of Tehran metropolitan. The results show that based on a regional and land use prospect, Tehran does not have a same capacity and infill opportunities for all its regions. Thus, the physical development scenario of Tehran needs to pay more attention to the issue in order to reach an internalized development. Reaching such development requires the following attempts as primary bases for a physical development scenario: prioritizing the peripheral areas and areas requiring intervention, utilizing the potential of infill land use for new development in a short period of time, identifying alternatives and spaces for deployment in the areas of redevelopment, preventing the segregation, preserving the integrity of new and redeveloped reserves for settling down of the population, the creation of multifunctional functions and revitalization of target areas in a worn-out textures based on a bottom-up planning approach.

Human has always sought shelter starts with the creation of human civilization is gradually making the city occurred. Increase social interaction between humans and characteristics of urban communities today due to the creation of different patterns and it also has been developed. According to the city's multi-faceted phenomenon and dynamic, forecasting, planning and perfect for all of it absolutely does not exist. The pattern of growth and physical development as spatial pattern of human activities at a time when certain defined into two main categories: horizontal expansion of urban sprawl and model compact city is divided to review this template to achieve sustainable urban development will be essential. In the study ahead of Sari in Mazandaran province and one of the city's center is also using the a descriptive – analytical Analytical for six decades between the years 1335 to 1395 were examined. The highest population density in the first decade of 1335 with 238.8 persons per hectare and the lowest decade in terms of population density of 70.8 persons per hectare is about 1355. The purpose of this study was to identify and measure physical growth pattern of Sari in different periods that to achieve a balanced distribution of degree, degree of aggregation, density and size of Metropole has been used. By surveys that show results The city is looking at expanding the space of slow growth and the relative density With early onset of urbanization and uncontrolled migration from rural to urban areas, where development occurs very rapidly, It may be scattered or spread of irregular horizontal growth pattern for the city imagine the consequences would be the undesirable as well.
